Supporting and guiding others through uncertainty has always been part of who I am. It began in my nursing career, where I found purpose in helping people during vulnerable times. When I became a parent, I faced my own challenges trying to be the "perfect" mother and realised how easy it is to feel stuck, isolated and limited. That experience ignited my passion for helping others break free from those imaginary constraints and embrace their full potential.
I became an Internationally Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant to expand my understanding of sleep and its impact on family life. From there, Sleep Thrive Grow was born, a space where parents feel supported, empowered, and confident in creating lasting change for themselves and their children.
I don’t believe in living within labels or restrictions that limit us. I love challenging those boundaries, finding what's really holding us back and reaching for what’s truly possible. Growth is a mindset, and I believe every challenge is an opportunity to ask, “Why not?” and helping others do the same.
