My passion for sleep began when I was a first-time mum, exhausted and overwhelmed. I vividly remember searching for answers, trying to make sense of my new reality. Everything changed when I started to understand my baby’s needs, trust my instincts, and nurture his natural sleep processes. That journey gave me confidence, clarity, and the drive to help other families find the same.
Now, I combine sleep science with a holistic, personalised approach to empower parents to feel confident in their journey. Parenting isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection, and I’m here to help you create an environment where your child (and you!) can truly thrive.
One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned through parenting, coaching and mentoring is this:
Every member of a family matters. No one’s needs outweigh another’s, and each person brings something unique to the sleep journey that contributes to joy and balance as a family.
Every baby is different, with their own temperament, sensitivities, and sleep patterns. These individual traits, along with family dynamics, should never be underestimated or overlooked.
With over 600 one-on-one families supported (and counting), I’ve gained the expertise to equip parents with the tools and knowledge to foster healthy sleep in a way that’s nurturing, supportive, and tailored specifically to them and their unique child.
With a deep passion for parent education and empowerment in regulated caregiving, I've pioneered what I call Middle Ground Parenting.
This approach embodies the chance to refine parenting practices that don't feel balanced or aligned internally, while remaining emotionally responsive to our children.
It's about recognising that the well-being of both parents and children is crucial and should be equally respected: A healthy and less stressed parent equals a healthy and less stressed child.
