Speaker on sleep, nervous systems, temperament & emotional wellbeing

Every day, I works with parents overwhelmed by conflicting information around sleep, behaviour, attachment, emotional regulation and what it means to be a “good parent.” Yet these parents are rarely lacking love or effort. More often, they are lacking understanding, support and confidence in what they are seeing.
Much of modern parenting culture leaves families feeling like they need to follow every opinion, every method and every rule perfectly, rather than learning how to take the information that supports them, work alongside their intuition, and leave the rest.
My work helps families better understand the nervous system, temperament, emotional development and the communication underneath children’s sleep and behaviour, allowing parents to move from confusion to clarity, fear to confidence, and reacting to understanding.
As parents begin understanding their child more deeply, they often begin trusting themselves again.
My work helps families move from:
Confusion → clarity
Fear → confidence
Control → connection
Reacting → understanding
My presentations are compassionate, evidence-informed, practical and deeply relatable, helping audiences feel calmer, clearer, more confident and less alone in the realities of modern parenting.
