Her approach is calm and absolutely takes into account the family needs and family values. She doesn't make you do anything you're not comfortable with, and is all about making sure your baby feels safe and secure while learning sleep and settling skills for the future. We now have a baby who self-settles and sleeps through the night with no cry-it-out needed! I have already recommended Jen to several friends.
